Campaign Insights is not displaying interests data
Unfortunately Facebook announced that they are removing the keyword data from the API. It's not officially being removed until the Oct 29th but the data is no long available from the end points so we can no longer display this data in our insights reports. "Interest Crucible” Audience is not appearing as “Locked” on the Ad Recipe page
There's an issue when a user selects “Existing Audiences” targeting on the Audiences section, and “Interest Crucible” Audience is not appearing as “Locked” on the Ad Recipe page. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
The Facebook page doesn’t appear in your Leaf Grow dropdown
We found a way to resolve this issue. You have to follow these steps: You have to remove Leaf from your Facebook profile authorized 1
Video post not appearing in dropdown menu or entering post ID (Video Views Campaign)
Some users have experienced missing existing video posts from the Leaf Grow dropdown or when they copy and paste the URL or ID into the "add URL or publication ID" option, they get an "X" symbol instead. If you are having this issue on the platform, please report it to our support team through the chat.
Ads are not appearing in the ad preview window
Some users have experienced some issues where their ads are not appearing in the ad preview. If you are using any ad blocker in your browser, please turn it off. If you're still having this issue please contact the support team through the chat.
Platform crashes using FireFox browser
Firefox launch a new feature called Enhanced Tracking Protection this means that they will block some of the services that we use inside which could incur into the platform not being worked as expected. We are investigating a possible solution to avoid problems with this new Firefox implementation. The user can't scroll on Campaign Setup on Firefox without scrolling
Campaign launched without ads when using App Store URL
App URLs are only supported by App Installs campaign objectives. We recommend you to remove the App URL (from Apple App Store and Google Play Store) or change the type of campaign to App Installs option.
URL input is glitching on Ad Content page
The Ad Content’s URL input should not “glitch” when typing. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. We suggest you copy and paste the URL while the problem is solved.
Some videos/images are not displaying on the duplicate campaign
Some users are not getting all the ad content from the campaigns that has been duplicated. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. Please contact us through the platform's chat.
Automatic Placements is not selected
Some users have been experiencing an issue when they have "Edit Placements" instead of "Automatic Placements". Their placement should be set as automatic. All your placements will keep selected, however we recommend you to check your placements on Facebook Ads Manger from your adsets level, following these steps: Select all the adsets and then press "the Editor" button. ![Scroll down until the "Placements"o
Conversions Events don't persist if you change them on duplicate campaign
When a user duplicate a campaign and change the conversion event, this one keeps the one from the original campaign after launching the campaign. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. We suggest you to make the change manually through Facebook Ads Manager after you have launched the campaign.
Video Views campaign has been launched with 10 sec-views instead 3 sec-views
The campaigns should launch with 3 sec- views as the default optimization.
Video Views campaign is showing Thru-Plays instead of 10 Second Views
The insights for video views has been displaying 10-second Views instead of Thru Plays. Everything that is currently '10 Second Views' should be showing Thru Plays and showing the correct information, not 10 second views as it is no longer supported by Facebook Ads Manager.
The platform crashes when user turns off the campaign
If the platform crashes when user turns off the campaign once is launched; it's because she/he has been adding a big amount of existing posts (for example 50 posts). We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
