Campaign Insights is not displaying interests data
Unfortunately Facebook annouched that they are removing the keyword data from there API. It's not officially being removed until the Oct 29th but the data is no long available from the end points so we can no longer display this data in our insights reports. The ads are not created after launching the campaign
if your ads are not generated after launching the campaign could be for these reasons: The preview is not showing up any ad in Leaf Grow. In this case, delete the campaign immediately and try to launch it again. To make sure that this doesn't happen, from "the Content" section the user will have to wait for the video to upload and be visible on the preview before clicking the “next” button. The preview window is not displaying the same amount of ads as the ads calculator.
Preview windows is not display the same amount of ads as the ads calculator
We have been experiencing some issue where the preview ads total is different from the calculator total (47 ads in the preview section 50 in the ads calculator section for example). Once the campaign is launched the total in the ads preview section is the number of ads that are launched. This must be related to the type of assets uploaded. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
The Facebook page doesn’t appear in your Leaf Grow dropdown
We found a way to resolve this issue. You have to follow these steps: You have to remove Leaf from your Facebook profile authorized 1
Video post not appearing in dropdown menu or entering post ID (Video Views Campaign)
Some users have experienced missing existing video posts from the Leaf Grow dropdown or when they copy and paste the URL or ID into the "add URL or publication ID" option, they get an "X" symbol instead. This is due to Facebook licensed video music. if you are trying to select a video post not related to music, please report it to our support team through the chat.
Campaign Dashboard is not loading correctly
If the spin loader from the Campaign Dashboard is taking longer, please refresh the page and log back in
Ads are not appearing in the ad preview window
Some users have experienced some issues where their ads are not appearing in the ad preview. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possble. We recommend you to: Log out the platform and login back Refresh the page Try open the platform in Incognito mode Clean the cashe of your browser If you're still having this issue please contact the support team.
Constant spinning launch modal after campaign is launched
We have experienced some issues where the launch modal get stuff when launching a campaign and continuously spins, however the campaign will successfully launch. If your campaign was not launched correctly please contact support team through the chat.
URL input is glitching on Ad Content page
The Ad Content’s URL input should not “glitch” when typing. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. We suggest you copy and paste the URL while the problem is solved.
Page crashes (Grey screen)
If you have been having issues with the page crashing with no specific action taken place, this seems to be related to the cache. Insights Dashboard PDF's are not displaying correctly
The Leaf Grow Insights Dashboard PDF's are not displaying correctly. The graphs and charts are being spread across multiple pages instead of one and the results table are being displayed unevenly and across the edges of the pages. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible
