The Facebook page doesn’t appear in your Leaf Grow dropdown
We found a way to resolve this issue. You have to follow these steps: You have to remove Leaf from your Facebook profile authorized 1
App Installs campaigns are defaulting to "Manual Placements" instead of "Automatic"
There is an issue when the user is setting App Installs campaigns and they are defaulting to "Manual Placements" instead of "Automatic". After launching the campaign we recommend you to go Facebook Ads Manager and select all the 'Adsets' and press 'Edit' button, then go directly to de 'Placements' section and select 'Automatic Placements' and lately press 'Publish' to save the changes.
Ads are not genereting correctly
Leaf Grow platform is flagging ads with some errors and they're not launching correctly. If you're experiencing this issue please contact one of our support members through the chat.
Platform crashes white screen
If the platform crashes white screen, please clear Leaf Grow's cache by following these steps: After following the steps, refresh the page and log in again. !(https://storage.crisp.chat/u
Imported custom audiences don't persist
There's an issue when the user tries to Import custom audiences and don't persist on duplicate if you use saved group or additional audiences. We suggest you to re-add the original audiences
Lookalike audience is not generating all locations
For certain ad accounts Lookalike Audiences are not generating correctly in Leaf Grow. We are working to fix it as soon as possible. We recommend you to add the missed information in Facebook Ads Manager once you have launched the campaign. Into the Adset level (Ads Manager) of the campaign, Facebook will give you a notification to replace the Lookalike Audience on the new one. Note: Please contact Facebook support to report this issue
Can't subscribe to the platform
Some fields for credit card not showing / user cannot subscribe to the platform. If you are experiencing this issue please contact on of our support team through the chat.
